The host at Hartley Manor Guest House was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They provided a delicious hot breakfast each morning, and even allowed us to check out later. The room we stayed in was clean, well-kept, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite a minor issue with the lighting outside one of the rooms, our overall experience was very good.

The location was convenient for easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.
The amenities were subpar, lacking important things like enough lighting or a mini fridge to keep our drinks cold. The food was unappetizing, and the bathroom was not up to standard with a noisy fan that couldn't be turned off.

Spent my Christmas holiday at a cozy location in the outskirts of the city. the breakfast was scrumptious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed visiting the local attractions and the electric blanket provided an added comfort.
There were a few hiccups, such as poor Wi-Fi reception, and outdated TV units with limited channels. the outdoor space of the room was small and lacked adequate seating.
